Intymate ships worldwide: we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although during holidays the time may be slightly extended. If the order is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed within four working days at the latest.

Returns

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or return part of the order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day from the delivery date via the online procedure within the Personal Area of ​​our website and await confirmation from our team.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with a VAT number are excluded.

Return shipping will be at Intymate's expense in case of a defective or incorrect product, while for all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by post or courier in their original packaging, must never have been used or damaged, and must be in resalable condition. No exchange or refund will be made for incomplete, damaged, or opened products.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly from intymate.com. For further questions or specific requests, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@intymate.com

How to make a return

If the product is damaged or incorrect

Starting the return process is very simple: just access your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to be returned. You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and/or book a free collection.

If the customer ships the item to be returned at their own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to reimburse the costs incurred and guarantee a refund of the order.

For all other types of returns

Starting the return process is very simple: just access your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to be returned. You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return and assist you with the best return method. Shipping and any other charges will be borne by the buyer.

Once the return has been authorized by our team, you can proceed with shipping the goods with the courier of your choice. The return should be sent to Sintrade SRL in Piazzale Luigi Sturzo, 15 | 00144 Rome (RM).

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

The Intymate team will verify the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly from intymate.it. You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods. The refund will be free and will only include the amount of the products you are returning.
